Our Journey Began with a Simple Question
In the early days, our founder Katarzyna noticed a persistent gap between what people wanted to eat and what they actually knew how to prepare. Despite the abundance of recipes online, many home cooks felt overwhelmed by conflicting nutritional advice and struggled to translate science into simple, delicious meals.
What started as small kitchen workshops in Gdańsk evolved into a comprehensive online platform. We became convinced that nutrition education should never feel clinical or distant—it should happen where the real work happens, in your kitchen, with real ingredients and real questions.
Today, Natural Healthy Cook brings together nutritionists, experienced cooks, and home kitchen experts to guide people through every step of the cooking journey, from understanding ingredients to building lasting habits around food that supports wellbeing.

Katarzyna Lewandowska
Founder & Lead Nutrition Educator
Katarzyna holds a degree in nutrition science and spent over a decade working in clinical settings before realizing her true passion: making nutrition education accessible to everyday cooks. She designed the Natural Healthy Cook curriculum to bridge the gap between scientific knowledge and kitchen practicality. When not teaching, she experiments with traditional Polish recipes and modern cooking techniques.
Marcin Szymański
Head Chef & Culinary Methods Specialist
Marcin brings 15 years of professional kitchen experience to our team, having worked in restaurants across Warsaw, Kraków, and Wrocław. He specializes in breaking down complex cooking techniques into achievable steps for home cooks. Marcin believes that understanding the "why" behind a method transforms cooking from following instructions into creative expression. He's passionate about helping people build confidence at the stove.
Joanna Kowalczyk
Community Manager & Student Advocate
Joanna ensures every class participant feels heard and supported throughout their learning journey. With a background in adult education and community organizing, she cultivates the welcoming environment that makes Natural Healthy Cook special. Joanna tracks feedback, connects students across cohorts, and constantly refines how we teach based on what our community needs. Her door is always open for questions.
